摘要
提出了一种吸湿效率较高的新型防潮剂,对该防潮剂在贮运发射箱内密闭空间吸湿特性进行分析,对不同初始湿度环境下防潮剂的用量进行了计算,并通过试验验证。结果显示,选择氯化钙作为发射箱内环境湿度调节的防潮剂是一种较为理想的方案。
The new moisture resistant agent with the very rapid moisture absorption was proposed. The moisture absorption characteristics of the moisture resistant agent was analyzed in the sealed space of launch canister. At the same time,the amount of the moisture resistant agent was calculated in the different humidity environments,and the correctness of the amount of the moisture resistant agent was validated. The results show that Ca Cl2 can better regulate humidity environments of launch canister,which is excellent moisture resistant agent.
