汽车发动机空气滤芯过滤理论研究方法

摘要 空气滤芯的主要作用是过滤掉空气中的杂质,保证进入气缸的空气质量,减少气缸的磨损,其质量直接影响发动机的可靠性和使用寿命。过滤理论的研究对于提高空气滤芯的过滤性能、改善空气滤芯的结构具有重要意义。对近几年文献进行分析,介绍了空气滤芯的作用与种类,给出了发动机空气滤芯应用过滤理论的研究情况,分别对拉格朗日方法、计算流体力学方法、离散单元法、格子Boltzmann方法等几种过滤理论研究方法的特点及应用进行比较。 The main function of air filter is filtering out the impurities in the air,ensuring the purity air into the cylinder,and reducing the wear of the cylinder.Therefore,the quality of air filter element directly affects the reliability and service life of the engine.The theory of filtration is very important for improving filter performance and enforcing structure of air filter.Firstly,the paper analyzes the literature of air filter in recent years,and introduces the function and category of the air filter;then gives the application of filtration theory research of air filter for automobile engine;lastly,the characteristics and applications of the Lagrange Method,Computational Fluid Dynamics Method,Discrete Element Method and Lattice Boltzmann Method are compared.
