摘要
为了探讨农村教师工作压力与应对方式的关系,考察心理弹性在其中所起的中介作用,采用问卷调查法对1 018名农村中小学、幼儿园教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)农村教师工作压力与应对方式、心理弹性之间两两相关显著;(2)农村教师的工作压力对其应对方式具有正向预测作用,对其心理弹性具有负向预测作用;(3)农村教师的心理弹性对其应对方式具有正向预测作用;(4)农村教师的心理弹性在工作压力与应对方式之间起部分中介作用。
To investigate the relationship between job stress and coping style of rural teachers, and explore the mediating effect of resilience, the study adopted questionnaire survey to examine 1018 teachers of kindergar- tens, primary and secondary schools in the countryside. The results showed that: ( 1 ) Job stress, coping style and resilience of rural teachers are significantly related respectively; (2)Job stress of rural teachers has a significant positive prediction for their coping style, but has significant negative prediction for their resilience; (3)Resil- ience of rural teachers has a significant positive prediction for their coping style; (4)Resilience of rural teachers plays a mediating effect between job stress and coping style.
