摘要
目的:了解层级护理模式在血液净化科的应用并探讨效果。方法:收集2014年12月-2016年10月在本院血液净化科进行透析的患者80例,按随机数字法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理模式管理,观察组给予层级护理模式管理,对比两组患者穿刺成功率、护理满意度及透析不良反应发生率。结果:对照组患者一次性内瘘穿刺成功率为60.00%,明显低于观察组患者穿刺成功率92.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者护理满意度为87.50%,明显低于观察组患者护理满意度97.50%,两组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应11例(27.50%),明显高于观察组的2.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理模式提高内瘘穿刺成功率,提高患者满意度,减少透析不良反应发生率,效果满意。
Objective: To study the application of full responsibility integrated nursing model in the blood purification department and to explore the nursing effect.Method: 80 patients with blood purification were collected in our hospital from December 2014 to October 2016.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group, control group was given routine nursing management, and observation group was given full responsibility integrated nursing model.Then the success rate of puncture, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of dialysis were compared between two groups.Result: The one-time success rate of fistula puncture was 60.00% in control group, that was significantly lower than the observation group, whose success rate of puncture was 92.50%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The satisfaction rate was 87.50% in control group, that was significantly lower than the observation group, whose nursing satisfaction was accounted for 97.50%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .The adverse reaction were 11 cases ( 27.50% ) in Control group, which was significantly higher than the observation group, whose adverse reactions was 2.50%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Full responsibility integrated nursing model can improve the success rate of internal fistula puncture, improve patients' satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of dialysis adverse reactions, the effect is satisfactory.
