摘要
目的:探讨新型管理模式在临床护理实习教学管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年3月-2015年3月在本院进行临床实习的护生129名为对照组,2015年3月-2016年3月在本院进行临床实习的护生137名为观察组。对照组按历年护理教学管理方法进行管理,观察组在此基础上引入了学生会管理模式,实现了学生组织参与实习教学管理活动,观察两组护生学习出勤、行为规范及教学满意度评价的结果。结果:两组护生每月业务学习出勤率、教学检查中行为规范合格率、对本院教学工作的满意度问卷评价比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型管理模式有助于提高护生学习积极性、提高护生实习期间行为规范合格率、提升护生对教学工作的满意度,提高了实习期间护理安全。
Objective: To explore the application effect of new management mode in nursing intern teaching management.Method: In our hospital for clinical practice in nursing, 129 students were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 as control group and 137 students were selected from March 2015 to March 2016 as observation group.The control group was given usual nursing teaching management method, and the observation group was adopted the students' union on the basis of usual management method so that students' organizations can participated in teaching management, the attendance, behavior and students satisfaction evaluation results of two groups were observed.Result: The students' attendance, internship norms qualified rate and satisfaction questionnaire forthework of teaching evaluation in two groups were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: New management model is helpful to improve nursing students study enthusiasm and internship norms qualified rate, the satisfaction for the work of teaching nurses and the nursing safety during the internship are also improved.
