摘要
通过对沙特麦加轻轨、亚吉铁路和迪阿铁路三个EPC项目进行分析,识别出EPC承包模式下境外铁路建设项目成本管理的风险;然后分析承包商成本管理存在的主要问题;最后针对成本管理存在的风险及问题提出相应的应对策略,为承揽境外铁路EPC项目的企业提供成本管理方面的参考建议。
Through analyzing three EPC projects of the Makkah Metro Pink Line,Ethiopia-Djibouti railway and Tinaco-Anaco railway,the paper identifi es the risks of cost management of overseas railway construction project under the EPC contracting mode. Then,analyzes the main problems of the contractors＇ cost management. Finally,puts forward the corresponding coping strategies for the risks and problems existing in cost management,which provide advice for enterprises which contract overseas railway EPC projects.
