摘要
针对南平烟区烤烟部位间烟碱平衡度差的问题,通过调整有机无机氮比例的两年多点田间试验方法,研究其对南平烤烟产质量及其部位间烟碱平衡度的影响。结果表明:有机氮配比对农艺性状和经济性状影响一致,在40%~50%范围内表现较好。当有机氮比例为40%时,烟叶样品感官评吸也表现较好。烟碱平衡度分析表明,区内西北部温度稍低地区,有机氮占50%时平衡度较好;南部温度稍高地区则以有机氮占40%较为理想。此外,烤烟部位间烟碱平衡度越好的,其化学成分协调性综合指标也更好。因此,南平烟区有机氮配比以40%较好,西北部地区控制在40%~50%之间,南部地区控制在30%~40%之间。
Aiming at the problem of nicotine imbalance among different leaf-position of flue-cured tobacco in Nanping area, multi-location two-year field experiments were conducted to study the effects of ratio of organic nitrogen fertilizer to mineral nitrogen fertilizer on the yield, quality and nicotine balance of flue-cured tobacco in Nanping area. The results showed that the ratio of organic nitrogen to mineral nitrogen had the similar effect on the agronomic characteristics and economic characteristics of fluecured tobacco, and the ratio of 40% ~ 50% had a better effect. The smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco samples was better when the ratio of organic nitrogen to mineral nitrogen was 40%. In the northwest of Nanping, the nicotine balance was better when the ratio of organic nitrogen to mineral nitrogen was 50% ; in the south of Nanping, the nicotine balance was better when the organic nitrogenmineral nitrogen ratio was 40%. In addition, the better the nicotine balance among different leaf-position of flue-cured tobacco leaves, the better the coordination of their chemical compositions. Therefore, the suitable organic nitrogen- mineral nitrogen ratio was 40% in Nanping area. Combined with regional differences, the ratio should be controlled within 40% - 50% and 30% - 40% in the northwest and south of Nanping, respectively.
