摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是消化系统的常见病、多发病,中医药治疗轻、中度及慢性迁延型溃疡性结肠炎有疗效肯定、不良反应少、复发率低的优点,因而受到国内外医学界的广泛重视。从病证结合,主病主方;理气活血,贯穿始终;清肝理脾,不容忽视;内外合治,疗效更佳;温清并举,寒热同调等5个方面归纳了王庆国教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的辨治思路与用药特色,并列举了王教授治疗本病的治验实例,以期为临床辨治本病提供参考。
Ulcerative colitis is a common digestive disease. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has more effect on mild to moderate and chronic persistent ulcerative colitis ,with less side effects and low recurrence rate and thus receiving extensive attention at home and abroad. This paper summarized the syndrome differentiation thinking and characteristics of drug use of professor WANG Qingguo treatment of ulcerative colitis from five aspects, such as ： combination of disease and syndrome,promoting qi flow to activate blood, clearing liver to regulate spleen, combination of internal and external treatment,mixture of cold and heat treatment. This article also summarized the treatment characteristics, professor WANG＇ s understanding of prescription syndrome and pathogenesis, the use of prescription and herbs and so on in order to provide an important reference for clinical treatment.
