摘要
目的探讨观察中老年人膀胱肿瘤患者采用经尿道等离子电切术(TURBT)治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月—2014年6月收治的48例中老年人膀胱肿瘤患者采用TURBT治疗的临床资料。结果本次所有患者手术均成功,手术成率为100.0%,患者手术时间(46.5±6.5)min,术中出血量(102.5±39.8)ml,住院时间(5.5±1.3)d。经过3个月的随访,6例患者复发(25.0%)。结论 TURBT治疗中老年人膀胱肿瘤患者的临床疗效显著,可有效缩短住院时间,降低术后复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT） in the treatment of elderly patients with bladder tumor. Methods The clinical data of 48 cases of bladder cancer treated by TURBT in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were successful, the operation rate was 100.0%, the operation time（46.5±6.5） min, intraoperative blood loss（102.5±39.8） ml, length of stay（5.5±1.3） d. After 3 months follow-up, 6 patients relapsed（25.0%）. Conclusion TURBT in the treatment of elderly patients with bladder tumor patients with significant clinical efficacy, can effectively shorten the hospital stay, reduce postoperative recurrence rate, can be further promoted in clinical.
