美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常患者的有效性 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法以随机数字表法将114例老年缺血性心律失常患者分为两组,对照组(n=57)采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组(n=57)采用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗,对比两组疗效;结果观察组临床总有效率与心电图总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组室性期前收缩及室上性期前收缩次数比较均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年缺血性心律失常患者实施美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗效果显著,对改善患者心律失常情况有重要帮助。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia patients. Methods 114 cases of senile ischemic arrhythmia patients were divided into two groups, the control group(n=57) treated with metoprolol, the observation group(n=57) treated with metoprolol and Wenxin granule combined treatment, comparison of two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group and the total effective rate of ECG was significantly better than the control group(P 〈 0.05), the observation group after treatment of ventricular extrasystole and ventricular premature contraction times were significantly better than the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients with ischemic arrhythmia with Wenxinkeli metoprolol combined treatment effect is remarkable, is important to the improvement of patients with arrhythmia.
