摘要
"窄马路、密路网"作为城市空间的外在表现形式,城市发展目标、规划价值取向和社会组织逻辑是其形成根源。在"新城市主义"、"精明增长"等理论的启发下,以城市低碳可持续发展为目标,探索构建完善的"窄马路、密路网"空间体系,确定理清公共交通、街道路网、土地使用的出场顺序,倡导公交优先、慢行友好、街道活力的规划原则。完善的"窄马路、密路网"系统将提升城市组织效能,减少对汽车的依赖,缓解交通拥堵,改善空气质量,鼓励低碳可持续、健康的生活方式。
＂Narrow road, dense road network＂ as the external manifestation of urban space, urban development goals, planning value orientation and social organization logic is the root of its formation. Under the inspiration of ＂New Urbanism＂ and ＂Smart Growth＂ , we will explore and construct a perfect ＂narrow road and dense road network＂ space system with the goal of urban low-carbon sustainable development, and make sure that public transportation, Network, the land use of the order of appearance, to promote public transport priority, slow-line friendly, street vitality planning principles. The improved ＂narrow road, dense road network＂ system will enhance the efficiency of urban organization, reduce dependence on cars, ease traffic congestion, improve air quality, encourage low-carbon sustainable and healthy way of life.
