摘要
目的探究与分析血管性痴呆患者血清Livin、INF-γ及IL-18表达水平及临床意义。方法选取我院自2014年6月-2016年6月收治的50例血管性痴呆患者作为观察组,另选择同时期收治的50例非血管性痴呆健康人作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法对血管性痴呆患者的血清Livin、INF-γ及IL-18表达水平进行测定。结果对照组患者的血清Livin、INF-γ及IL-18表达水平分别为(12.23±0.36)nmol/ml、(130.37±7.89)pg/ml、(41.39±5.28)pg/ml,观察组患者的血清Livin、INF-γ及IL-18表达水平分别为(11.45±0.42)nmol/ml、(185.66±8.12)pg/ml、(60.39±4.22)pg/ml,两组血清Livin表达水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的血清INF-γ及IL-18表达水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血清INF-γ及IL-18表达水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 INF-γ及IL-18可能参与了血管性痴呆的发生发展。
Objective To explore and analyze the serum levels of Livin, INF-γ and IL-18 in patients with vascular dementia and its clinical significance. Methods 50 patients with vascular dementia admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group. Fifty healthy non-vascular dementia patients were selected as the control group. The serum levels of Livin, INF- and IL-18 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in patients with vascular dementia. Results The serum levels of Livin, INF-γ and IL-18 in the control group respectively were(12.23±0.36) nmol/ml,(130.37±7.89) pg/ml,(41.39±5.28)pg/ml, the observation group respectively were(11.45±0.42)nmol/ml,(185.66±8.12) pg/ml,(60.39±4.22) pg/ml, there was no significant difference in Livin expression between the two groups(P〉0.05). The levels of serum INF-γ and IL-18 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion INF-γ and IL-18 may be involved in the development of vascular dementia.
