摘要
藤黄酸(Gambogic acid),是由中药藤黄中提取出的物质,现已广泛的应用到临床当中,藤黄酸的临床要用价值为抗癌活性功能,临床实验研究后发现,藤黄酸能够有效对人体外部肝癌细胞进行杀灭作用,且随着藤黄酸使用时间与使用剂量的增加,药物的抗癌作用也在逐步增加,通过动物实验对藤黄酸进行用药效果研究后发现,藤黄酸对白血病小鼠的治疗效果显著,且能够对体外非致病性病原虫产生抑制作用,在临床上,藤黄酸被广泛应用于乳腺癌、淋巴瘤、皮肤癌、胃癌等疾病当中,且不会对患者的其他身体机能与身体健康造成损害。本文将藤黄酸的提取工艺进行分析,总结藤黄酸提取分离效果。
gambogic acid is extracted from gamboge material, has been widely applied to clinical, clinical use of gambogic acid value for anticancer function, clinical study found that gambogic acid can effectively on human hepatocellular carcinoma cell killing effect of external, and with the increasing use of gambogic acid time and dose of anticancer drugs, has gradually increased, through the research of animal experiments on the medication effect of gambogic acid and found that the treatment effect of gambogic acid on leukemia mice significantly, and can inhibit the in vitro non pathogenic protozoan disease, clinically, gambogic acid is widely used in breast cancer, lymphoma skin cancer, gastric cancer and other diseases, and not for patients with other physical function and physical health damage. In this paper, the extraction process of gambogic acid were analyzed, summarized the separation effect of gambogic acid.
