摘要
通过对本馆阅览室的读者需求、阅读目的、阅读范围、阅读环境和服务质量、对图书的希望等项目的调查统计分析,找出了当前服务中存在的问题,提出了服务读者、留住读者、引导读者和吸引读者等解决问题的具体对策。
The essay has analyses the data of the findings report about the reader’s reading demand, reading aim, reading range, reading condition and service quality and reader’s wish to library. There are some questions existing in the service. This paper has puts forward the specific ways to serve reader, remain reader, guide reader and attract reader ect.
