42CrMo钢内齿圈淬火开裂分析

摘要 42CrMo钢经调质处理后,发现有26%的工件发生开裂。分析表明,内齿圈的开裂主要是由于法兰盘与外表面之间的夹角过小所至。预防内齿圈淬火开裂的措施为:适当放大该夹角,降低淬火温度及提高淬火剂浓度。 26% of the inner ring gear made of 42CrMo steel was found cracked after being hardened and high tempered. It is seen from the analysis that the of cracking of the inner ring gear is mainly attributed to excessively small included angle between its flange plate and outer surface. The measures preventing the inner ring gear from cracking during the quenching are enlargement austenitizing temperature and increase in quenchant of the included angle, and appropriate both reduction in concentration.
