摘要
目的对比分析聚桂醇注射液与无水乙醇治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效与安全性。方法收集临床确诊卵巢巧克力囊肿60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。观察组给予聚桂醇注射液治疗，对照组给予无水乙醇治疗，观察两组治疗有效率及不良反应发生率，对比两组的临床疗效。结果术后不良反应有下腹部轻度疼痛不适、发热、面色潮红等，观察组术后不良反应发生率16．6％（5／30），对照组术后不良反应发生率40％（12／30），两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组均在治疗后3个月进行超声随访复查，以治疗后囊肿体积缩小〉50％为有效，观察组有效率达90％（27／30），对照组有效率达93．3％（28／30），两组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论聚桂醇注射液治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效与无水乙醇相同，但不良反应明显少于无水乙醇，是一种安全有效的硬化剂，故聚桂醇注射液是治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿更好的硬化剂。
Objective Comparative analysis of the clinical effect and safety in treatment with Lauromacrogol and anhydrous ethanol in ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods All of 60 cases were confirmed ovarian chocolate cyst andomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the treatment group were given lauromacrogol injection, the control group were given anhydrous ethanol, then to observed the effective rate and adverse reaction in the two groups.Results Postoperative adverse reactions were mild abdominal pain, fever, flushed face etc. The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 16.6% （ 5/30 ） in the treatment group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 40% （ 12/30 ） in control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ x^2=4.022, P〈0.05 ） . The two groups were followed up for 3 months after treatment, the volume of the cyst after treatment reduced more than 50% was effective. The effective rate of the treatment group was 90% （ 27/30 ） , the effective rate of control group was 93.3% （ 28/30 ） , the difference between the two groups has no statistically significant （ x^ 2=0.218, P〉0.05 ） . Conclusions Lauromacrogol injection and anhydrous ethanol in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts with the same effect, but adverse reaction was significantly less than anhydrous alcohol, Lauromacrogol injection was a safe and effective sclerosing agent, so lauromacrogol injection was a better sclerosing agent for the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts.
