摘要
为了提高轨道交通系统的服务水平和安全可靠性,优化地铁应急资源的配资和布局,需要掌握非正常情况下地铁乘客的出行行为特征,准确预测异常发生后的网络客流重分布情况。本文首先分析了典型情况下地铁乘客可能的行为选择和出行流程,然后采用问卷调查和统计分析的方法,对苏州市轨道交通乘客的构成特征和故障应对行为特征进行了分析研究,接着通过相关性分析得出了影响乘客行为选择的主要因素,并依据数据的变化趋势定性描述了各因素的影响规律,其结果可供应急处置决策提供参考。
In order to improve rail transit system's service level, safety and reliability, optimize subway emergency resources's configuration and distribution, it's need to master the subway passengers' travel behavior characteristics under abnormal situation, thus accurate forecast the network passenger flow's redistribution consequence after the occurrence of abnormal. This paper first analyze the metro passenger's possible behavior choices and travel process under typical situations, then by using the questionnaire and statistical analysis method, research the Suzhou rail transit passengers constitute characteristic and fault coping behavior characteristic. Then through the correlation analysis, obtained the main factors that affect the passenger's behavior choice, and according to the data changing trend, descirbe each factor's influence laws qualitatively. The results can provide reference to emergency treatment decision.
