摘要
研究了粘接工艺过程中基材表面粗糙度、粘接温度、粘接湿度、胶层厚度、固化温度等因素对玻璃钢传动轴粘接部件粘接性能的影响,通过试验得到玻璃钢基材与金属部件粘接的最佳工艺参数。
The effects of surface roughness, bonding temperature and humidity, thickness of adhesive layer and curing temperature parameters on adhesive properties of the adhesive components of the bonding process performance of glass fiber reinforced plastic drive shaft were studied. The optimum bonding parameters of the bonding for metal parts and glass fiber reinforced plastic was obtained by the experiment.
