摘要
汽车车身是汽车重要的零部件之一,提高其制造质量是提高汽车整体竞争力的重要手段。焊装夹具是构成车身焊装生产线的核心部分,是保证车身焊接质量的重要因素,影响整个汽车的制造精度和生产周期。介绍用CATIA软件进行典型的焊装夹具设计的步骤,并提出设计前的注意事项和准备工作,以期为更快更准确地进行设计提供参考。
The autobody is one of the important auto parts of automobile, and improving the manufacturing quality is an important means to improve the overall competitiveness of the automobile. Welding fixture which composes the core of autobody welding production line is the important factor to ensure the quality of the body welding, which affects the accuracy of manufacturing and production cycle of the automobile. This paper described the use of CATIA software for typical welding fixture design process, and put forward design considerations presented before and preparation, so as to provide reference for the faster and more accurate design.
