摘要
针对北美自护式高锰钢辙叉底部气孔缺陷特征,通过试验认定型砂强度和透气性过低是导致铸件产生气孔缺陷的主要原因,并采取了相应的品质改进和保证措施。批量生产验证结果显示,辙叉底部气孔缺陷已消除,品质达到了北美高锰钢辙叉技术标准要求。
Aimed at the gas holes at the bottom of self-guard frog casting of high manganese steel used in North America,the forming cause of gas holes was analyzed. It was proven by tests that the low strength and breathability of the mould sand is main cause leaded to the defect. After taking improving measurements, the gas holes in frog castings was eliminated. The batch production shows that the frog casting's quality can reach the technical standards of high-manganese steel frog in North American.
