摘要
分别采用高温焙烧法、超声波处理法以及酸活化处理法改性处理凹凸棒石黏土,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征,最后将改性处理的凹凸棒石黏土材料用于吸附处理偏二甲肼(UDMH)废水并初步探讨其吸附作用机理。结果表明,通过改性处理能有效提高凹凸棒石黏土对UDMH的吸附能力:酸活化改性的凹凸棒石黏土吸附处理UDMH废水的效果最好,24 h后去除率为65.81%;超声处理后的凹凸棒石黏土和350℃焙烧处理后的凹凸棒石黏土24 h后对废水中UDMH的去除率分别为58.89%和59.66%;未经处理的凹凸棒石黏土24 h后对废水中UDMH的去除率为44.59%。
The modification treatment of attapulgite clay was carried out by using high-temperature calcination method, ultrasonic treatment method and acid activation treatment method respectively. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Finally, the modified attapulgite clay material was used to adsorb unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine(UDMH) in wastewater, and its adsorption mechanism was preliminarily discussed. The results show that the adsorption capacity of the attapulgite clay for UDMH was efficiently improved by modification treatment. The effect of adsorption treatment of UDMH wastewater by acid activation modified attapulgite clay is the best, the removal rate after 24 h is 65.81%. The removal rates of attapulgite clays treated by ultrasonic treatment and calcination treatment at 350 ℃ separately for UDMH in wastewater are 58.89% and 59.66% respectively. The removal rate for UDMH in wastewater using the attapulgite clay without treatment is 44.59%.
