摘要
为了对高速公路项目投资进行有效的控制,论文从前期决策、设计规划、施工管理、运营维护、内部环境及外部环境六个方面,构建了高速公路项目全寿命周期投资控制影响因素的理论模型。运用结构方程模型及AMOS17.0软件,对557份有效问卷进行测量和分析,并对投资控制的关键因素进行了识别。实证检验了施工管理、设计规划、运营维护、外部环境、内部环境及前期决策对高速公路项目的投资控制有显著的正相关影响。其中工程变更、工程索赔、现场签证的控制,施工方案的科学合理性,规划调整和设计标准变化等因素是投资控制的关键影响因素。本研究为高速公路投资控制的实践提供参考,具有一定的理论价值和实用价值。
To control the highway project investment effectively, this paper constructs the whole life cycle of the highway project investment controlling theory model of affecting factors, from the early decision, design and planning, construct management, operation and maintenance, internal environment and external environment six aspects. By using Structural Equation Model and AMOS 17.0 software to measure and analyze 557 valid questionnaire responses received, and identify the key factors for investment controlling. It shows that early decision, design and planning, construct management, operation and maintenance, internal environment and external environment have a significant positive correlation with highway project investment controlling.The control of engineering change, claims and site visa, scientific and rationality of construction scheme, planning adjustment and changes of design standard such factors are the key influencing factors for investment controlling. This study provides reference for the practice of the highway investment controlling, and has the certain theoretical and practical value.
