摘要
为了更好开发和利用玉米须资源,通过单因素以及正交试验,对玉米须黄酮的真空减压提取工艺进行了研究。确定真空减压法提取玉米须黄酮的最佳工艺为:乙醇体积分数为50%,料液比1∶40(g/m L),真空度0.07 MPa,提取时间35 min,在此优化条件下玉米须黄酮得率(1.35±0.08)mg/g,比普通浸提法提高了37.76%。
In order to develop and use the maize silk resource reasonably,the optimal process for the vacuum extraction of flavonoids from maize silk was explored on the basis of single factor and orthogonal array experiments. The optimal extraction conditions were found to be:extraction solvent 50 % ethanol,material/solvent ratio of 1 ∶ 40(g/m L),0.07 MPa vacuum,time 35 min,the maize silk flavonoids yield was(1.35±0.08)mg/g,37.76 % higher than immersion extraction.
