摘要
面向化工与制药类专业学生推行化工安全教育事关化工行业的持续健康发展。本文分析了分散式与集中式教学模式的利弊,总结了我校以化工过程安全为核心的协同教学体系的建设经验,强调各培养环节的价值观导向和安全素养的持续提升。我们遵循工程教育专业认证标准,构建了以全生命周期过程安全管理为主线的多层次、模块化教学内容体系,并突出了研讨式案例教学与实践教学的重要性。改革在提高学生安全素养与实践能力方面初显成效。
Incorporating chemical safety education in chemical & pharmaceutical engineering curriculum is quite important for sustainable and healthy development of chemical industry. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of separated and centralized teaching modes, the cooperative teaching system with a core course of chemical process safety is proposed and the implementation experience is summarized. The new mode emphasizes correct and positive values orientation and the continual reinforcement of safety culture and quality in the entire education procedure. According to accreditation standard of engineering education, the teaching content consists of hierarchical knowledge modules with the theme of process safety lifecycle management and the importance of deliberative case study and practical teaching are highlighted. The implementation results show that the safety awareness and the practical abilities of students have been improved .
