摘要
高职学生媒介素养的教育，教师的作用不可忽略，充当着推介者和参与者的双重角色．从树立科学的媒介素养观念、多途径打造媒介素养教育师资队伍、激励教师利用媒介进行教育教学和人格教育等三方面探讨了提高高职教师媒介素养的实践路径，帮助高职教师在开放的媒介环境中强化媒介意识，提高媒介素养和技术技能，有效对学生学习和生活进行引导，帮助学生们在强化职业技能的同时，形成社会主义核心价值观．
From three aspects： establishing the scientific concept of media literacy, building the meala nteracy vuu-cation teacher team by multi ways, and encouraging teachers to use the media to carry out education and personalityeducation, this article discusses the practice approach of improving the media literacy of higher vocational teachers.It helps higher vocational teachers to strengthen the media awareness in the open media environment, improve themedia literacy and technical skills, and effectively guide the students to learn and life. And also it helps studentsstrengthen their professional skills and form the core values of socialism.
