摘要
针对陶瓷墙地砖生中出现的粘模现象,分析影响压制砖坯表面质量的原因,从模具材料和和工艺参数出发,,对薄胶模具进行改进,并通过试验获得薄胶模具最佳工艺参数。试验表明:改进工艺后,砖坯表面平整细腻,品质明显提高,,解决了成品砖缩釉、针孔等缺陷,提高生产效率,降低成本。
Focusing on the problem of viscose in the production of ceramic tiles, the thin plastic mold was improved in the mold material and process parameters, by analyzing the reason of the quality of the pressed brick. The best process parameters of the thin plastic mold were obtained. The test results show that the brick surface is smooth and fine, and the quality of brick is obviously improved, while the defects such as shrinkage glaze and pinhole are solved. The production efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced, while the economic benefit is achieved.
