摘要 为探讨香樟组织苗培养基中最适合的活性炭浓度,用不同活性炭的浓度梯度试验方法,分别对香樟组培苗的生根率、褐变率、株高3个指标指标进行测定。结果表明:对于改善香樟试管苗继代培养基配方效果最佳的活性炭浓度是1.8 g·L^(-1),在这个浓度内,次生的代谢物能被吸收得更彻底,生长激素能在合理的范围内,为植株得到最适宜的生长环境创造了条件。 To find out the most suitable concentration of activated carbon in the medium of camphor tissue, with the gradient test of different activated carbon concentration, the research respectively measured three indexes of camphor seedling, namely, rooting percentage, browning ratio and plant height. The results showed that when the concentration of activated carbon is 1.8 g, L-l, the best effects were achieved in improving the successive media components of camphor tube seedlings. With this concentration, secondary metabolites can be absorbed more thoroughly, and the growth hormone in the reasonable scope can create the most suitable growth conditions.
