摘要
以福州海峡会展中心扩建工程东区钢桁架为例,介绍了本工程存在的重点和难点;其次,重点研究了钢桁架吊装过程中存在的问题及解决方案,包括空间桁架的分段设计、吊装顺序及实施方案;此外,为保证施工安全,对主要施工过程进行相应的数值模拟,分析结果表明施工方法安全、可行。本工程可供相关类似项目参考。
Lifting scheme of steel trusses was presented in this paper,taking the expansion project of Fuzhou Strait International Conference Exhibition Eastern Center as an example.The key points and difficulties of this project were introduced.Then,the existing problems of hoisting the steel trusses and their solutions were mainly researched,including segment design of space trusses,hoisting sequence and implementing scheme.Furthermore,numerical simulation of main construction process was carried out,in order to insure the construction safety.The tested results verified that the construction method was safe and feasible.The project can provide a reference for other similar ones.
