摘要
随着应届毕业生数量的逐年增加,用人单位对学生素质要求的不断提高,就业率已经变成社会重点关注问题。针对目前材料类毕业生存在的就业观念偏差、专业素养和能力不够的问题,本文提出系列解决方案,即用"厚基础、精方向、重实践"思路促进材料类学生就业发展,因材施教,从课程设置、专业引导、资源整合、调查跟踪、真情帮扶、观念调整等方面多管齐下,领导重视、家校联动齐抓共管,共同解决材料类学生培养难题和困惑。
As the yearly increasing number of college graduates,employers increase the demand for the quality of the graduates that present the characteristic of focusing on not only professional learning and practical ability but also the attitude and comprehensive abilities.The employment rate has been the focus of our society attention,especially the graduates who majors in material engineering.We propose a series of solutions for these problems.It is advocated that we should lay the ground,clear the direction and develop practical ability to improve the employment rate of the graduates who major in material engineering.
