摘要
[目的]探讨肿瘤合并糖尿病病人口服卡培他滨致手足综合征的护理方法。[方法]回顾性总结2015年8月—2016年5月我科收治的13例肿瘤合并糖尿病口服卡培他滨化疗致手足综合征病人的护理效果。[结果]13例病人中,痊愈10例,好转3例。[结论]有效的护理干预可以缓解手足综合征的症状,预防严重手足综合征的发生。
Objective. To probe into the nursing methods of hand foot syndrome induced by oral capecitabine chemotherapy in cancer patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods：The nursing effect was retrospectively summarized in hand foot syndrome induced by oral capecitabine chemotherapy of 13 cancer patients complicated with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from August 2015 to May 2016. Results： Among 13 patients, 10 cases were cured and 3 cases were improved. Conclusion. Effective nursing intervention can alleviate the symptoms of hand foot syndrome and prevent the occurrence of severe hand foot syndrome.
