摘要
社工和志愿者作为当前社会治理的两支重要力量密不可分。高校志愿者是志愿者中的主力军。但目前在志愿服务中存在着服务目标不清、服务内容不丰富、激励机制和评估机制不完善等问题。通过社工和高校志愿者联动,将会从各方面促进高校志愿服务的长效发展。
Social workers and volunteers,as two important forces of the current social governance,are inseparable.College volunteers are the main force of volunteers,but some problems arise such as the ambiguity of service goal orientation,poor content of service,and the imperfect situation of incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism. To deal with the situation,the cooperation of social workers and college volunteers will promote the long-term development of the volunteer service of universities from all aspects.
