摘要
以3.2 m^2大极板智能剥锌机预剥离设备为研究对象,介绍了智能剥锌机的工作原理和基本结构,阐述了工业试验的必要性,并以单因素分析法为基础设计了试验方案,搭建试验模型及工业试验平台进行工业试验,为智能剥锌机的设计和改进提供了理论参考和技术支持。
Took intelligent zinc stripping machine for introduce the working principle and the basic structure of 3.2 m2 plate electrode as the research object to intelligent stripping machine and expatiate the necessity of industrial test. The testing program was designed based on the single factor analysis method while the test model and industrial test platform were set up to carry out commercial test and provide the theoretical reference and technical support for the design and improvement of the intelligent stripping machine.
