摘要
介绍了模具计算机辅助设计(CAD)/计算机辅助工程(CAE)设计流程,对四通方盒的结构进行了优化设计,简化了模具结构,并利用Pro/E软件设计了注射模具成型零部件,进行了开模仿真,生成了相应的铸模,利用Moldflow软件对熔体充填时间、锁模力、流动前沿温度和熔接痕进行充填分析。实践证明,应用CAD与CAE软件相结合进行注射模具设计,可以缩短模具设计周期,降低研发成本,有效提高模具设计质量。
The computer aided design (CAD)/computer aided engineering (CAE) design flow of the mold was introduced, the structure of the four-way box was optimized and the structure of the mold was and weld mark were analyzed by Moldflow software. Practice has proved that the combined application of CAD and CAE software in design of injection mold can shorten the lead time of mold design, reduce R&D costs and improve mold design quality.
