不同结构换热管在低温烟气中的换热特性实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究不同换热管型在低温烟气余热回收中的传热特性,对20 G钢基础尺寸为Φ32×3的光管、螺纹管和翅片管在低温烟气环境下进行了实验研究,通过改变烟速和烟温得出三种换热管管外的换热关联式。实验结果表明:当烟气进口温度为160℃时,速度从4.5 m/s增加到7 m/s时光管的换热系数增加了26%,螺纹管的换热系数增加了23%,翅片管的换热系数增加了36%。 In order to research the heat transfer characteristics in recovery of waste heat of tubes with dif-ferent shapes in low temperature flue gas, the authors used 20G steel tube ( φ32 X3 ) exchanger withsmooth tube, screw tube and fin tube in low temperature flue gas to do the experimental research. Theexternal heat transfer correlation was obtained through changing the gas velocity, and the gas tempera-ture. The results showed that, when the temperature of gas inlet was 160℃ while the velocity increasedfrom 4.5m/s to 7m/s, the heat transfer coefficient of smooth tube increased by 26%, screw tube in-creased by 23% and fin tube increased by 36% respectively.
