摘要 利用全自动消解仪(ASD)对环境空气颗粒物进行前处理,建立了以全自动消解仪-电感耦合等离子体质法测定环境空气颗粒物中镉和铅的方法。结果表明:该方法的相关系数均大于0.999 9,滤膜标准品测量值结果与标准值一致,镉和铅的加标回收率分别为89%~94%和89%~95%,实际样品结果一致性好。该方法实现了环境空气颗粒物样品前处理的自动化,减少待测元素的损失,提高了操作规范化程度以及方法的精密度和准确度,同时也提高了工作效率,适用于批量颗粒物样品重金属的测定。 A method for measuring cadmium and lead in ambient air particulate matter was established by ASD - ICP - MS, in which ambient particulate matter is pretreated by ASD. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the method is more than 0. 999 ; the value of standard filtration membrane samples are in agreement with the standard value; the recovery rate of Cd was from 89% to 94% and the recovery rate of Pb was from 89% to 95% , the results of the actual samples were in good agreement. A method of automatic pretreatment for ambient air particulate sample was established, which reduces the loss of the analytic elements and improves the standard operation, the precision and accuracy of the method and operation effectiveness. It is suitable for measuring the heavy metal of batch particulate samples.
