重组人卵泡刺激素与尿促性素对多囊卵巢综合征患者体外受精周期促排卵效果比较 被引量：13

摘要 目的比较重组人卵泡刺激素(r-FSH)与高纯度尿促性素(HP-HMG)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者体外受精周期促排卵的效果。方法将2013年1月-2015年12月进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕的PCOS患者94例按随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例,r-FSH组给予r-FSH促排卵,HP-HMG组给予HP-HMG促排卵,比较两组妊娠结局。结果r-FSH组药物使用总量多于HP-HMG组(P<0.05),但两组药物使用时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);h CG注射日r-FSH组孕酮值高于HP-HMG组(P<0.05),但两组E2、LH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);r-FSH组获卵数多于HP-HMG组,但r-FSH组优质胚胎数少于HP-HMG组(P<0.05),两组卵裂率、受精率、临床妊娠率、种植率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);r-FSH组预防OHSS周期取消率高于HP-HMG组(P<0.05);两组移植后OHSS发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 r-FSH与HP-HMG对于实施IVE-ET助孕的PCOS患者均有一定的促排卵效果,但HP-HMG对胚胎质量的改善效果优于r-FSH,且OHSS发生风险更低。
