摘要
目的:研究康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光光凝治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)患者视力及黄斑中心厚度的影响。方法:选择2015-01~2016-06在我院眼科经眼底检查、眼底荧光素血管造影(FFA)及光学相干断层扫描检查(OCT)确诊的DME患者108例(108眼)作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法,采用随机数字表,分为实验组和对照组各54例(54眼),试验组予康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光光凝术治疗,对照组予单一激光光凝术治疗,并在治疗前、治疗后1、2、3个月测量记录两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT),分析两组患者BCVA和CMT在不同测量时间点之间的差异。结果:对两组患者的BCVA和CMT分别采用两因素重复测量方差分析结果显示:治疗方法与测量时间点之间存在交互作用(P<0.01);不同治疗方法之间BCVA和CMT存在差异(P<0.05),试验组的BCVA和CMT测量指标好于对照组;不同测量时间点之间BCVA和CMT存在差异(P<0.05),BCVA均值随治疗时间延长而增加,相反CMT均值随治疗时间延长而减少。结论:康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光光凝术治疗DME较单一激光光凝术治疗具有更显著的临床疗效,其能明显提高患者视力、减轻黄斑水肿。
Objective: To investigate the influence of conbercept intravitreal injection and retinal laser photocoagulation treatment on vision and yellow spot center thickness of patients with DME.Methods:A total of 108 cases (eye) in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 diagnosed by fundus examination,FFA, OCT were selected and divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group.Observation group was given conbercept-intravitreal injection and retinal laser photocoagulation treatment, control group was given simple laser photocoagulation treatment.Record the BCVA, CMT of the two groups 1,2,3 months before and after treatment, compare the difference of BCVA and CMT on different time points. Results: Analysis results showed that: treatment methods and measure time point had interaction effect (P 〈0.01). BCVA and CMT had difference of different treatment methods (P〈0.05) ,BCVA and CMT of observation group were better than control group; BCVA and CMT had difference at different measure time (P〈0.05), BCVA was increased with the prolong of treatment time,but CMT was declined.Conclusion: Conbercept intravitreal injection and retinal laser photocoagulation treatment has significant effect than simple laser photocoagulation treatment,it can obviously improve vision and lighten macular oedema.
