摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了碱度 (R)、Al2 O3和C含量对石家庄钢铁公司 (以下简称石钢 )高炉渣粘度的影响。在实验条件下 ,炉渣粘度随碱度、Al2 O3和C含量的增加而增加。各因素影响粘度的次序按碱度 -Al2 O3-C依次减小。在实验中 ,碱度 1.0 8、wAl2 O313.0 4 %、wC 0 .2 4
Synopsis The effect of basicity, alumina and carbon contents on viscosity of Shi Jia Zhuang Steel's blast furnace slag was investigated by quadrature experiments. In this study, slag viscosity increased with rising of basicity, alumina and carbon contents. And the influencing degree on slag viscosity for the three factors became weaker in the order of carbon, alumina and basicity. The optimal slag composition for the experiments was CaO/SiO 2?1.08,w Al 2O 3 ?13.04?%,w C ?0.24?%?
