摘要
排卵功能障碍是引起女性不孕的重要因素之一。赵师认为,本病病机关键是肾虚肝郁,痰凝血瘀。治疗上主张遵循月经周期节律法,着重经后期及经间期阶段的治疗,大补肝肾;同时兼顾痰瘀,补虚泻实。采用辨病与辨证相结合,衷中参西,临床每获佳效。
The dysfunction of ovulation is the essential factors which result in the infertility. Professor ZHAO hold on that the pathogenesis of the disease is including the deficiency of kidney and the stagnation of liver, accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis. In treatment, she advocates following the principle of Menstrual cycle rhythm method, strengthening the treatment on late and middle of the menstruation and tonifying the kidney and the liver, meanwhile,she focuses on disposing the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis, reinforcing deficiency and purging excess, in addition to combining differentiation of disease and symptom and characterizing by traditional Chinese medicine with referencing western medicine. The treatment plan has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.
