摘要
我国处于社会主义初级阶段,在经济发展上采取的是计划经济和市场经济相结合,自改革开放以后,城市规划开始对经济问题引起重视,为了保证市场经济平稳发展,城市规划的作用就充分发挥了出来,对城市资源进行合理的优化配置。本文从城市规划和城市经济两者之间的关系进行了分析,指出了目前城市规划的经济问题,并讨论和研究了解决此类问题的对策,为城市规划提供了坚实的理论基础。
Our country is in the primary stage of socialism, take in economic development is the combination of planned economy and market economy, since the reform and opening up, city planning began to pay attention to the economic problems, in order to erlsure the smooth development of the market economy, the role of city planning will play out, optimize the allocation of city resources reasonably. The relationship between the city planning and city economic analysis pointed out that the current economic problems of city planning, and discuss the countermeasures to solve these problems, provides a solid theoretical foundation for city planning.
