摘要
目的研究分析肝癌切除术的护理方式及临床效果。方法对154例肝癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对所有患者进行肝癌切除术,观察术中护理情况。结果所有患者均顺利接受手术治疗,肝门阻断时间最短15 min,最长58 min,平均肝门阻断时间为(28±11)min,本次研究没有大出血以及死亡病例,术后患者均顺利送至病房。结论对肝癌切除术患者进行术前准备、术中配合能够确保手术的顺利完成,为患者顺利康复提供帮助。
Objective To research and analyze nursing measure and clinical effect of hepatic carcinectomy. Methods Clinical data of 154 patients with liver cancer were taken into retrospective analysis. All patients received hepatic carcinectomy, and intraoperative nursing condition was observed. Results All patients received successful surgical treatment, with shortest hepatic portal occlusion time as 15 min, longest time as 58 min and mean hepatic portal occlusion time as（28±11） min. There was no massive hemorrhage or death case in this research, and all patients were moved into ward. Conclusion Implement of preoperative preparation and intraoperative cooperation for hepatic carcinectomy patients can guarantee successful operation and accelerate rehabilitation in patients.
