摘要
针对采用微波消解法-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定农产品中硒的方法,对消解条件,原子荧光上机条件都进行了优化,国家标准物质测定值都在认定值范围之内。检出限为0.20 ug/L。线性范围为1.00~200.00 ug/L。认定此法具有消解快速、操作简便、线性范围宽、污染少等优点。
To use microwave digestion- hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine selenium in agricultural products, optimized digestion conditions and atomic fluorescence operating conditions, the national standard substances measurements are determined value range, the detection limit is 0.20 ug/L, the linear range are from 1.00 to 1.00 ug/L, this method has advantages of a rapid resolution, simple operation, wide linear range and less pollution.
