摘要
针对永磁、电磁起重器在钢管吊装过程中存在的问题,提出了采用电脉冲永磁起重器的吊装方式;讨论了电脉冲永磁起重器在钢管自动化吊装应用中的布置形式以及影响拉脱力形成的因素,如钢管壁厚、气隙及接触面等。电脉冲永磁起重器具有永磁节能安全和电磁极性转换方便的优点,实现了钢管磁力起重器吊装自动化。
Addressing the problems related to the permanent magnet and electromagnet lifters as encountered with in the process of steel pipe lifting, the electric pulse permanent magnet lifter is proposed. Discussed here in the article are the arrangement type of the said lifer for steel pipe automatic lifting operation, and the key factors affecting formation of pull-out force, such as steel pipe wall thickness, air gap and contact surface, etc. The electric pulse permanent magnet lifter is in possession of energy-saving and operation safety due to permanent magnetism, and convenient conversion of electric magnet polarity, which has brought about the automation of the steel pipe lifting operation with the magnetic lifter.
