摘要
目的构建养老护理员岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为开展养老护理员选拔、培训和评价提供参考。方法通过查阅文献、半结构式访谈的方法,初步拟定养老护理员岗位胜任力评价指标体系;运用Delphi专家函询法对25名专家进行两轮函询,对各级指标进行筛选、修改和完善,并运用层次分析法和专家重要性赋值平均分配法确定各指标权重。结果两轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.91;最终确立的养老护理员岗位胜任力评价指标体系包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标、42个三级指标。结论所构建的养老护理员岗位胜任力评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和实用性。
Objective To establish performance evaluation index system for elderly nursing staff, and to provide references for selection, training, and evaluation of elderly nursing staff. Methods The candidate index system was drafted through literature review and semi-structured interviews. The delphi method and two rounds of expert consultation and argument were used to determine the evaluation index system. The analytic hierarchy process and experts importance assignment average distribution method were used to determine each index weight. Results The expert response rates for two rounds of consultation were 100%. The coefficient of authority was 91%. The final version of the performance evaluation index system for elderly nursing staff was composed of 4 level I , 11 level Ⅱ and 42 level Ⅲ indicators. Conclusion The constructed performance evaluation index system for elderly nursing staff is scientific and practical.
