大型变压器的基础隔震摩擦摆系统理论研究 被引量:12

摘要 为减轻大型变压器等变电设备的地震震害,建议采用摩擦摆隔震系统对大型变压器进行地震防护,开展相关的理论研究。该文阐述了摩擦摆隔震原理和影响摩擦摆摩擦性能的主要因素,综述了现有的摩擦摆系统力学模型和其性能,分析了在地震作用下摩擦摆隔震系统的地震响应,研究了摩擦摆隔震系统用于大型变压器等电力设备基础隔震的承载能力特性、导振性能、隔震性能、耗能特性和自复位性能。研究表明:摩擦摆隔震系统的隔震周期与隔震结构质量无直接关系,这种特性特别适用轻质量的变电站设备基础隔震;滑移面的滑移速度、压应力、温度都影响摩擦摆的摩擦性能;多维地震作用对摩擦摆隔震性能影响较大;摩擦摆隔震系统具有可靠的承载能力、隔震性能、耗能能力、导振性能和自复位能力。因此,摩擦摆系统用于大型电力变压器等变电站设备基础隔震是合适可行的。 In order to mitigate earthquake damages to large-scale transformers and other substation equipment in recent earthquakes, friction pendulum system(FPS) was put forward to protect these essential substation equipment, and theoretically seismic studies were conducted herein. Basic isolation principles and friction properties of FPS were presented. Theoretically mechanical models for FPS and their suitability were discussed. Seismic performance of base isolated structures with FPS under multi-dimensional earthquake excitations was analyzed. The bearing, vibration transmission, seismic isolation, energy dissipation, and self-restoring capacities of FPS for large-scale transformers were studied. Studies show that: Isolated period of structures with FPS mainly depends from effective radius of the FPS, and this characteristic is especially suitable for light-weight substation equipment; Sliding velocity, normal pressure stress and temperature at sliding interfaces affect friction properties of FPS; Multi-directional earthquake excitations have a marked impact on hysteretic properties of FPS; FPS possesses favorable bearing, vibration transmission, seismic isolation, energy dissipation, and self-restoring capacities for transformer base isolation. Therefore, it is feasible to use FPS as base seismic isolators for large-scale transformers and other substation equipment.
