摘要
3D打印技术能够根据患者需求,实现患者对生物高分子材料的快速而又精确的个性化定制,同时实现对材料的微观结构的精确控制。因此,这种新兴的医用高分子材料制备技术在未来生物医学应用(尤其是组织工程应用)中具有独特的优势。近年来,对于3D打印技术制备生物医用高分子材料的研究开发受到了越来越多的关注。不同的生物相容性高分子材料被成功应用于3D打印技术中,在体外细胞培养和动物模型的软组织或硬组织修复中获得了很好的效果。本文主要介绍了近年来3D打印技术在生物医用高分子材料制备中的研究进展,并对该领域的未来应用和挑战进行了展望。
3D printing can be implemented according to the requirements of patients, patients of biological macromolecule material of quick and accurate personalization, but also achieve the precise control on the material's microstructure. Therefore, this new medical polymer materials preparation technology in the future biomedical applications (especially the tissue engineering application) has a unique advantage. In recent years, for3Dprinting technology of preparation of biomedical polymer materials research and development has been more and more attention from researchers. Biological compatibility of different polymer materials has been successfully used in 3Dprinting, in vitro cell culture and animal models of soft or hard tissue repair in the good results are obtained. This article mainly introduced the3Dprinting technology in recent years in the research development of preparation of biomedical polymer material, and the future application of the field and challenge are prospected.
