摘要
利用EBSD织构分析技术研究了409L、410S和430铁素体不锈钢的再结晶织构并对表面起皱进行相关性研究。结果表明,3种铁素体不锈钢经过15%拉伸变形后表面都会出现起皱现象,起皱程度与织构有关;冷轧退火板材中{111}组分比例越高,表面起皱越轻,而{100}织构组分的比例越高,表面起皱越严重;铁素体不锈钢中强{111}<uvw>织构和各种取向晶粒的均匀分布是提高抗表面起皱的关键因素。
The recrystallization texture and surface ridging of ferritic stainless steels 409L, 410S and 430 were studied by EBSD technique and tensile test. The results indicate that ridging in the surface of the three stainless steels occurs after 15% uniaxial tensile deformation, which is related to the recrystallization texture. The surface ridging of cold-rolled and recrystallized specimens is reduced with the increase of { 111} texture component, while it becomes severe with the increase of { 100} component, { 111 } 〈 uvw 〉 texture and homogeneous distribution of the all oriented grains are the key factors to influence the surface ridging of fcrritic stainless steels.
