摘要
分布式电源、储能、电动汽车规模化接入配电网,以及电力电子装置的广泛使用,对配电网的调度运行带来了巨大的挑战。针对主动配电网中新元素运行的不确定性,设计了主动配电网态势感知框架,实现对主动配电网实时运行状态及未来运行趋势的全面掌控;分析了主动配电网态势感知与优化调度的联动机理,为主动配电网多源协同优化调度提供数据和模式的支撑;基于态势感知生成了优化调度周期内的多运行场景,提出了基于多场景的主动配电网优化调度框架,并指出了实现主动配电网多源优化调度需突破的关键技术,包括连续时序运行场景集生成技术、典型场景调度策略库生成与维护技术、自适应目标优化调度技术等,以保障主动配电网的安全、可靠、高效运行。
In view of uncertain operation of new elements in active distribution network (ADN), in this paper, firstly, situational awareness framework of ADN was designed to accurately master real-time operating status and future development trend. Then linkage mechanism of situational awareness and optimal dispatch was analyzed to provide data and model support for multi-source coordinated optimal dispatch. Multiple scenarios were generated in dispatch periods based on situational awareness and architecture of ADN optimal dispatch was supposed based on multiple scenarios technology. Finally, key technologies to be broken through were pointed out, including continuous sequence scenario set generation, dispatch strategy library generation and maintenance for typical scenario, adaptive goal optimal dispatch, and so on. The suggested method could guarantee secure, reliable, and efficient operation of ADN.
