摘要 针对悬索桥主梁更换问题,以某山区悬索桥为例,分析并提出悬索桥主梁更换施工控制中的关键技术问题,并从力学角度对其加以分析验证,认为施工前全面测量、原桥恒载确定、更换过程中加劲梁节段间约束方式及时机确定、索鞍解锁及索塔偏位确定、吊杆可调长度确定、主缆承载力确定等对该桥更换主梁的施工控制十分关键。 Targeting at suspension bridge main beam replacement,this paper,with a suspension bridge in certain mountainous area is adopted as example,analyzed and suggested the key techniques of construction control for suspension bridge main beam replacement. Analysis and verification were made in view of mechanics,it is believed that overall measurement before construction,determined original bridge dead load,constraints between stiffening beam sections and timing determination,cable saddle unlock and cable tower offset determination,determination of adjustable boom length,the main cable bearing capacity,etc.are substantial to construction control of main beam replacement.
