摘要
文章利用UG建立了汽车空调换热器模型,并利用FLUENT软件分析了0.205mm、0.153mm和0.108mm三种厚度的翅片对汽车空调换热器换热性能的影响。通过分析可以看出随着翅片厚度的减少,换热器的换热性能有了很明显的提高,这对今后汽车空调换热器的设计提供了有利的帮助。
With the increasing demand of automobile comfort and economic performance, the technology of the automobile air conditioning heat exchanger becomes more and more important.The model of the automobile air conditioning heat exchanger is es-tablished by UG.The effects of fin thicknesses of 0.205mm,0.153mm and 0.108mm on heat transfer performance of the automobile air conditioning heat exchanger are analyzed by FLUENT software.The result shows that the heat transfer performance of the auto-mobile air conditioning heat exchanger is obviously improved with the decrease of the thickness of the fin.That provides a favor-able help for the design of the automobile air conditioning heat exchanger in the future.
